Legal Officer Vacancy

PT. Rock Fluid Imaging Lab is a company focusing on technology development for oil and gas exploration field. To support the company growth, we are looking for competent individuals to joint with our team for the following positions :

Requirement :

- minimum S-1 bachelor from majoring in business law. Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
- proficiency in English both oral and written
- have knowledge in corporate law, good negotiation skill and proficient in Legal,
  good interpersonal skill and strong leadership
- discipline, detail, and able to work under pressure
- able to work in minimun supervision, wiling to work individually or as a team player

Responsibilities :

- responsible in assisting corporate legal in preparing, compiling reviewing and drafting
  required legal documentations, legal risk assessment, and memorandums as required by company
- preparing all legal documents for company purposes
- administration all legal activities
- able to provide legal advice, litigation, and legal drafting
- able to compile & maintaining legal documentation system
